About Us

Pete Waldron is a Physical Therapist and Sports Injury Therapist with nearly 30 years of clinical experience in private practice, operating a busy and respected clinic in Limerick, Ireland. Throughout his career, Peter has developed a specialist interest in human movement, mobility, postural health, and sports biomechanics, helping athletes and individuals move better, perform better, and reduce their risk of injury.

His approach is rooted in the belief that optimal movement is the foundation of both health and performance. By combining hands-on therapy with movement assessment, corrective exercise, and biomechanical analysis, Pete helps clients improve function, restore balance, and achieve long-term physical resilience.

Pete's passion for movement stems from his own extensive sporting background. A former international rower, he represented Ireland at Junior, U23, and Masters levels, gaining first-hand insight into the physical demands of elite sport. This experience has shaped his understanding of athletic performance and the critical role that movement quality, mobility, and postural control play in injury prevention and success.

Over the years, Pete  has worked with a wide range of amateur and professional athletes and teams across numerous disciplines, including Inter-county Hurling and Football, AIL Rugby, Rowing, Athletics, Tennis, Irish Dancing and Golf. His expertise in sports biomechanics led to his involvement with Education Programmes, where he developed and delivered educational workshops focused on body mechanics, movement efficiency, and injury prevention for coaches and athletes.

Pete's philosophy is simple: Stability & Mobility = Performance. Through his clinical practice and education, he remains committed to helping people move with greater freedom, confidence, and efficiency—whether recovering from injury, improving posture, or striving for peak athletic performance.
